The Tenth edition of “The Future of Science” will be held on September 18th-20th in Venice. Organised by Veronesi Foundation, Tronchetti Foundation and Giorgio Cini Foundation, the conference will be hosted by Giorgio Cini Institution, on the Isle of San Giorgio Maggiore.
The debated theme will be the eradication of hunger: lecturers and participants will discuss the main related problems, such as the water scarcity, the development of sustainable agriculture, food safety, food and health and the role of science and technology in solving them.
During the conference, Massimiano Bucchi will present the new results of the Observatory on Technology, Science and Society of Observa.
