Food in Veneto Region: habits, risks and culture


Observa, in collaboration with the Istituto Zooprofilattico Sperimentale delle Venezie and The Regione Veneto, has fulfilled a study on consumers food habits, aimed at eliciting people perception on food related risks. Results are published in the book by Arzenton, Neresini e Ravarotto: Safety at table: food risk perception in Veneto Region.
