The workshop will be held in <strong>Rome (Italy)<\/strong> on <strong>Tuesday, October 23rd, 2012<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>This event will be realized through the project <a href=\"https:\/\/www.observa.it\/progetti\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">INPROFOOD<\/a> funded by the Seventh Framework Programme of the European Union. The project aims at bringing together civil society, academia and business to <strong>improve food and health research<\/strong> by identifying socially inclusive solutions.<\/p>\n<p>The workshop will gather scientists, policy makers, and representatives of non-profit organisations and business associations to <strong>discuss research programming in the area of food &#038; health in Italy<\/strong> and <strong>co-create scenarios of desirable future programming<\/strong>. Participants of the event will have the opportunity to exchange their opinions and develop alternative scenarios in an informal atmosphere.
