Inprofood European Open-Space-Conference, Bruxelles 15 november 2013
Based on the Open Space Technology Method, developed in the US since the 80s, the conference have joined 70 participants coming from 15 different countries. Delegates worked around the heading “How can we shape the future of research in food and health?”.
Participants have developed their own agenda according to different area of interest. They got up, raised their issues and host their own workshop of one hour length during the day. 16th parallel session have been carried out during the Open Space and at the end the groups gathered and exchanged key issues learned and heard.
Dialogik, the German partner of the project Inprofood, have moderated the meeting and in a brief they will produce a complete report.
